The project brief required demolition to a pair of stand-alone terraces to all but the street fronted rooms. The rear of the terraces were solidly rebuilt with open plan high ceiling Living spaces to the ground floor, Bedrooms and Bathrooms to the first floors and a feature ladder access to an attic Study.

The design brief was high level expectation detail to suit the neighbourhood. Included engineered timber prefinished floors and walls linings, tight and intricate feature stairs, square set architraves and other high skill details.
